The location is amazing, offering views of the fine Tyrol's largest lake. Particularly at reception.

Everything was simply excellent. My classic double room was perfectly clean with shower.

Lovely base for exploring Pertisau. Always welcoming staff, terrific service, silent and generous sized rooms. The pool area is good too. Very good facilities, parking on-site. What a stunning and incredible location in a specified area...

Incredibly easy to get around without a car.

Evening menu far to restricted, evening restaurant closed very early. No wine list in english.

The fine views from the lakefront rooms are amazing. The warm welcome with champagne and truffles at check-in created a good atmosphere.

Dining options fell short, with the restaurant struggling during peak hours. Service was painfully slow.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was beautiful and overall clean, had beautiful views, marvellous location at the lake. We booked classic queen room and could use wake-up service, available in it. Location: the venue was just next door to the mountains and snow, Austria and a national park that has walking/ trekking- tracks that will suit most people.

The hotel's lakefront location offered nice views that enhanced our stay, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers and photographers alike.

The dinner options in the restaurant were quite disappointing, as the quality and taste did not match the prices, leaving much room for improvement.

Location, wellness, food, friendly staff (kudo's!!!), overall experience.

Dinner is not 15 euro pp as stated on Booked.net and reservation confirmation, but 35 euro per person. It's worth it though. Big dislike for me: two single beds in stead of 1 king/queen. They don't have any double beds at all. This made me rate the price/performance below average.

Splendid room with a lake-view, plenty of space and every convenience. Staff were faultless in their service and courtesy. Hotel beautifully appointed and Puria Spa absolutely outstanding. Area very scenic and plenty to do/see, especially if you are active.

On occasion the service of the super, many-coursed dinner was too slow for comfort; possibly the result of many guests and small kitchen. In which case I feel the menu should have been simplified and not so elaborate.

My lake view room was fine, but the dinner options were pretty limited.

An Enchanting Lakeside Retreat!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic 4-night stay with amazing lake views from our suite. The breakfast spread was really good, and we loved the multi-level restaurant concept. A tip , consider bringing your own coffee maker for enhanced convenience in your room!
