Lovely base for exploring Pertisau. Always welcoming staff, terrific service, silent and generous sized rooms. The pool area is good too. Very good facilities, parking on-site. What a stunning and incredible location in a specified area...

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was beautiful and overall clean, had beautiful views, marvellous location at the lake. We booked classic queen room and could use wake-up service, available in it. Location: the venue was just next door to the mountains and snow, Austria and a national park that has walking/ trekking- tracks that will suit most people.

The setting here is just breathtaking - I mean, you've got this awesome national park practically on the doorstep with hiking trails for all levels, plus those stunning snow-capped mountains 🏞️. And let's not forget about the amazing service they provide, top-notch!

Splendid room with a lake-view, plenty of space and every convenience. Staff were faultless in their service and courtesy. Hotel beautifully appointed and Puria Spa absolutely outstanding. Area very scenic and plenty to do/see, especially if you are active.

On occasion the service of the super, many-coursed dinner was too slow for comfort; possibly the result of many guests and small kitchen. In which case I feel the menu should have been simplified and not so elaborate.

This modern and high-quality accommodation offers a lovely setting near a beautiful lake, mountains, and a spa, with comfortable beds in the double rooms.

Breakfast was average. Also, we had problem with our booking as we got booked in as single not double occupancy in 2 rooms.

Overall had a fantastic stay for a classic Austrian Tyrolean holiday experience. the restaurant was great with quite amazing breakfast and dinner; we ordered excellent dishes. - the staff was fast and nice providing assistance.

Dinner is not 15 euro pp as stated on Booked.net and reservation confirmation, but 35 euro per person. It's worth it though. Big dislike for me: two single beds in stead of 1 king/queen. They don't have any double beds at all. This made me rate the price/performance below average.

The only hotel which is located exactly on the lake in pertisau ! Wonderfull view and really nice breakfast.

The room was small ! compared to the paid price , you can get suite in some other hotels in the same area.
